Curved handle Walnut Lightsaber Bottle Opener
Crafting a sabre with a curved handle can be a challenge & it was one I was looking forward to tackling
The core woods of the handle are Wenge & Beech, for great high & low contrasts
Walnut & Purpleheart were then used to bring some colour into the piece as the end caps & the hilt of the sabre. With a gun-metal black bottle opener
Two little Padauk buttons where also added to the Walnut
This sabre was inspired by both Count Dooku & Asajj Ventress sabers, & will not be the last one of these I make, as it was a fun challenge
